Wonalancet

Wonalancet is an area in New Hampshire in the United States comprised of parts of several towns (Tamworth, Sandwich, Albany, and Waterville). Many popular hiking trails into the Sandwich Range of the White Mountains have trailheads in the area. The most popular of these is located at Ferncroft, New Hampshire.

The area is named for a sachem of the Penacooks who was the son of Passaconaway. He was chief from the time of his father's death in 1679 until his death in 1697.
