Sheck Exley

Sheck Exley (April 1, 1949-April 6, 1994) was a cave-diving pioneer. He died while attempting to descend to a depth of over 1,000 feet in a cave in Mexico.

He wrote two books: Basic Cave Diving: A Blueprint for Survival and Caverns Measureless to Man (ISBN 0939748258).
