My Foolish Heart

My Foolish Heart is a 1949 film which tells the story of a woman's reflections on the bad turns her life has taken. It stars Dana Andrews, Susan Hayward, Kent Smith, Lois Wheeler, Jessie Royce Landis and Gigi Perreau.

The movie was adapted by Julius J. Epstein and Philip G. Epstein from the story Uncle Wiggily in Connecticut by J.D. Salinger. It was directed by Mark Robson.

It was nominated for Academy Awards for Best Actress in a Leading Role (Susan Hayward) and Best Music, Song (for Victor Young and Ned Washington for My Foolish Heart.
