Deutsches Requiem

Deutsches Requiem is the title of a Requiem in the German language by Johannes Brahms. Opus 45, for 2 soloists, orchestra, chorus and organ ad lib. One of the few requiems in this language as most are sung in Latin. It has 7 movements. The first full performance was held in 1869.
