U.S. State of

Michigan. As of

2000, the population is 64,753. Its name is in honor of the seventh

Governor of New York State,

DeWitt Clinton. Its

county seat is

St. Johns^{6}.

mi²). 1,480 km² (571 mi²) of it is land and 8 km² (3 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.54% water.
