Chûn Castle

Chûn Castle is a large hillfort near Penzance in Cornwall, South West England. Built around 500 BCE, the castle fell into disuse untill the 6th century CE and was possibly reoccupied to protect the nearby tin mines. Stands beside a prehistoric trackway that used to be known as the Old St Ives Road.
