Christy Romano

Christy Romano (born 1984) is an actress who is a native of Connecticut. Although largely known for her role as Ren Stevens in the Disney Channel program Even Stevens, Romano's began when she was very young.

Romano moved to Atlanta, Georgia as a child, and landed her first acting job at the Atlanta production of Annie. After that, she garnered multiple jobs acting in plays.

In 2002, Romano became the first person ever to act in three Disney Channel projects at the same time, complementing her work at Even Stevens with a starring job in a movie named Cadet Kelly (alongside Lizzie McGuire star Hilary Duff) and lending her voice for the Kim Possible series.

Romano is attending Columbia University, where she is studying English and International Relations. Her ultimate goal, she has said, would be to play the role of Juliet some day, and to become an opera singer.
