Call Me

Call Me is a landmark album by American soul singer Al Green, released in July of 1973 (see 1973 in music). Praised for his emotive singing style, Green here incorporates country influences, covering both Willie Nelson and Hank Williams. Call Me is widely regarded as Green's magnum opus, and one of the premiere albums of early 1970s soul.
