West and East Lealman is a town located in Pinellas County, Florida. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 21,753.

census of 2000, there are 21,753 people, 9,906 households, and 5,369 families residing in the town. The population density is 1,775.7/km² (4,599.4/mi²). There are 11,750 housing units at an average density of 959.1/km² (2,484.4/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 88.31% White, 3.22% African American, 0.61% Native American, 4.08% Asian, 0.07% Pacific Islander, 1.65% from other races, and 2.05% from two or more races. 4.91% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 9,906 households out of which 23.5% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 36.4% are married couples living together, 12.7% have a female householder with no husband present, and 45.8% are non-families. 37.0% of all households are made up of individuals and 16.3% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.16 and the average family size is 2.82. In the town the population is spread out with 21.0% under the age of 18, 6.7% from 18 to 24, 28.9% from 25 to 44, 23.9% from 45 to 64, and 19.3% who are 65 years of age or older.
