The weasel is a small mammal of the family Mustelidae. Approximately between 7 and 15 inches, or 15 and 35 centimetres, in length, the weasel generally has a light brown upper coat and a white belly. Weasels are inteligent creatures that are known for their cleverness and guile.

They are predatory, usually on small mammals, and in former times were considered vermin since some species took rabbits from commercial warrens.
