Vladislav Ardzinba

Vladislav Ardzinba (1945-) is the president of the Republic of Abkhazia, an autonomous province under the Republic of Georgia. He has been president since 1994, and has met with various world leaders, mainly Russian leaders, including Vladimir Putin and Boris Yeltsin, the most recent presidents of Russia.
