Tony Iommi

Tony Iommi (born February 19, 1948) is a legendary guitarist from Birmingham, UK who rose to fame and fortune with Ozzy Osbourne in Black Sabbath.

In an industrial accident in his youth, he lost the tips of the middle and ring fingers of his right hand - which, being left-handed, he uses to fret the strings of a guitar. To this day, he strings his guitars with extra-light strings and wears plastic covers over those two fingers.
