The Craft (movie)

The Craft is a 1996 movie directed by Andrew Fleming about a girl who moves to California and meets three friends who teach her about the world of witchcraft and the four elements, fire, water, air, and earth. As they become more adept at magic, they experience good fortune, and put curses on their enemies. The new girl becomes increasingly separated from the other three girls, and soon finds that her best friends can become her worst enemies.

Pop Culture Impact

The film employed state of the art special effects, presenting gothic fashion and wiccan behavior to the MTV generation in an attractive package.
