Texas Panhandle

The Texas Panhandle is the region of the state of Texas designated by the roughly rectangular area that borders with state of New Mexico to the west and the state of Oklahoma to the north and east.

The area is known for its somewhat flat terrain as well as the Palo Duro Canyon. The primary cities in the Panhandle are Lubbock, Texas and Amarillo, Texas.
