Tar-Ancalimë
In the
fictional universe of
J. R. R. Tolkien,
Tar-Ancalimë was the seventh ruler and first ruling Queen of
Númenor. She suceeded her father,
Tar-Aldarion. As his only child, she became the first woman to rule the Kingdom. She married the nobleman Hallacar son of Hallatan of Hyarastorni. Hallacar was a descendant of King
Vardamir Nólimon, and the marriage was more one of politics than of love. Following the birth of their son, Hallacar and Tar-Ancalimë lived apart.
Tar-Ancalimë was succeeded by her son, Tar-Anárion.
