Taddeo Gaddi

Taddeo Gaddi (c.1300-1366) was an Italian painter, active during the early Renaissance. He was an assistant to the painter Giotto and the father of the painters Giovanni Gaddi, Agnolo Gaddi and Niccolò Gaddi; his fourth son, Zanobi, does not appear to have been an artist.

His work includes frescoes in the Baroncelli Chapel at Santa Croce in Florence (1332-38) as well as:
