Strzelecki Hills

Strzelecki Hills are named after Count Paul Strzelecki, a Polish explorer, who was by his or other accounts the first or second european to explore Gippsland.

He is noted for naming Australia's highest mountain Mount Kosciuszko after a Polish hero.
