Programs he has worked on include Canadian coverage of the 1992 Olympics from Barcelona. He was was executive producer and director of Canada AM (a news magazine).
Other projects include Thrill of a Lifetime, and Porthole TV, a show dedicated to cruise ships for international syndication. Sidney hosted many of the episodes. Also the International version of The Mad Dash.
He is married to Susan an well-known artist. They have two children, Jay and Tracy.
