Shirley Temple cocktail

A Shirley Temple is a non-alcoholic cocktail made with lemon-lime soda (or club soda) and Grenadine syrup, garnished with a cherry and slice of orange. It is often served to children dining with elders to let them share the experience of drinking a cocktail.

Another version of the Shirley Temple uses ginger ale and orange juice in place of the lemon-lime soda in the above recipe.

It was named for the famous child actor, Shirley Temple.
