Sherburne County is a county located in the U.S. State of Minnesota. As of 2000, the population is 64,417. Its county seat is Elk River6.

The racial makeup of the county is 96.73% White, 0.85% Black or African American, 0.45% Native American, 0.58% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, 0.43% from other races, and 0.95% from two or more races. 1.10% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
