Rogers is a city located in Benton County, Arkansas. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 38,829.

census2 of 2000, there are 38,829 people, 14,005 households, and 10,209 families residing in the city. The population density is 447.1/km² (1,158.0/mi²). There are 14,836 housing units at an average density of 170.8/km² (442.4/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 85.75% White, 0.47% Black or African American, 1.05% Native American, 1.43% Asian, 0.07% Pacific Islander, 9.43% from other races, and 1.80% from two or more races. 19.29% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 14,005 households out of which 39.4% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.4% are married couples living together, 10.1% have a female householder with no husband present, and 27.1% are non-families. 22.2% of all households are made up of individuals and 8.9% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.74 and the average family size is 3.21. In the city the population is spread out with 29.4% under the age of 18, 9.0% from 18 to 24, 31.5% from 25 to 44, 18.3% from 45 to 64, and 11.8% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 32 years. For every 100 females there are 95.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 91.5 males.
