Rock Creek is a city located in Pine County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 1,119.

United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 112.2 km² (43.3 mi²). 111.3 km² (43.0 mi²) of it is land and 0.9 km² (0.3 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.79% water.


\nAs of the
census of 2000, there are 1,119 people, 389 households, and 301 families residing in the city. The population density is 10.1/km² (26.0/mi²). There are 417 housing units at an average density of 3.7/km² (9.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 98.30% White, 0.09% African American, 0.80% Native American, 0.45% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.36% from two or more races. 0.45% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 389 households out of which 37.8% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.3% are married couples living together, 6.7% have a female householder with no husband present, and 22.4% are non-families. 15.7% of all households are made up of individuals and 5.4% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.88 and the average family size is 3.24.
