The Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) in the United States is a toll-free, confidential and anonymous provider of counseling to victims of rape and sexual assault.

RAINN was founded in 1994 by Scott Berkowitz, the organization's president as of 2003. RAINN has attracted the attention of many celebrities, notably singer Tori Amos, who contributed a portion of the initial funding.
