census of 2000, there are 415 people, 187 households, and 137 families residing in the town. The population density is 30.8/km² (79.6/mi²). There are 563 housing units at an average density of 41.7/km² (108.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 93.01% White, 0.00% African American, 0.96% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 4.58% from other races, and 1.45% from two or more races. 14.22% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 187 households out of which 14.4% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 64.7% are married couples living together, 5.3% have a female householder with no husband present, and 26.7% are non-families. 21.4% of all households are made up of individuals and 9.1% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
