Mill Creek is a city located in Snohomish County, Washington. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 11,525.

census of 2000, there are 11,525 people, 4,631 households, and 3,250 families residing in the city. The population density is 1,246.5/km² (3,231.3/mi²). There are 4,769 housing units at an average density of 515.8/km² (1,337.1/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 81.49% White, 1.41% African American, 0.43% Native American, 12.64% Asian, 0.25% Pacific Islander, 1.12% from other races, and 2.65% from two or more races. 3.25% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 4,631 households out of which 32.8% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.8% are married couples living together, 5.9% have a female householder with no husband present, and 29.8% are non-families. 24.0% of all households are made up of individuals and 8.2% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.48 and the average family size is 2.98. In the city the population is spread out with 24.3% under the age of 18, 8.1% from 18 to 24, 28.7% from 25 to 44, 27.1% from 45 to 64, and 11.7% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 39 years. For every 100 females there are 93.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 91.6 males. The median income for a household in the city is $69,702, and the median income for a family is $87,263. Males have a median income of $59,070 versus $39,138 for females.
