has created a number of training initiatives, with the intention of creating a pool of low-cost employees with skills relating partly or exclusively to Microsoft products. The best known of these is the MCSE
qualification, standing for Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
. In order to achieve a MCSE certification a candidate must pass a designated number of certification exams.
