- Jay D. Scott, d. 14 June 2001 by lethal injection for the murder of Vinnie M. Price.
- John William Byrd, Jr., d. 19 February 2002 by lethal injection for the murder of Monte Tewksbury.
- Alton Coleman, d. 26 April 2002 by lethal injection for the murder of Tonnie Storey and Marlene Walters.
- Robert Anthony Buell, d. 24 September 2002 by lethal injection for the murder of Krista Lea Harrison.
- Richard Edwin Fox, d. 12 February 2003 by lethal injection for the murder of Leslie Renae Keckler.
- David M. Brewer, d. 29 April 2003 by lethal injection for the murder of Sherry Byrne.
- Ernest Martin, d. 18 June 2003 by lethal injection for the murder of Robert Robinson.
- Lewis Williams, Jr., d. 14 January 2004 by lethal injection for the murder of Leoma Chmielewski.
