census of 2000, there are 396 people, 99 households, and 79 families residing in the township. The population density is 4.3/km² (11.1/mi²). There are 104 housing units at an average density of 1.1/km² (2.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the township is 98.48% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.76% from other races, and 0.76% from two or more races. 0.76% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
