Larry Burns is a fictional character from The Simpsons. He is the illegitimate son of Charles Montgomery Burns. His voice actor is Rodney Dangerfield. In one episode, he has Homer Simpson kidnap him to get his father's attention, as he thinks Larry is a failure.
