Lake Wilson is a city located in Murray County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 270.


According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.3 km² (0.5 mi²). 1.1 km² (0.4 mi²) of it is land and 0.2 km² (0.1 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 16.00% water.


As of the census of 2000, there are 270 people, 128 households, and 83 families residing in the city. The population density is 248.2/km² (650.1/mi²). There are 135 housing units at an average density of 124.1/km² (325.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 98.89% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.37% from other races, and 0.74% from two or more races. 4.07% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 128 households out of which 26.6% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.1% are married couples living together, 7.8% have a female householder with no husband present, and 34.4% are non-families. 32.8% of all households are made up of individuals and 19.5% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
