Lafayette

Lafayette is the name of some places in the United States of America, generally named for the French hero of the American Revolution, the Marquis de la Fayette (sometimes referred to as the Marquis de Lafayette), as are most places named La Fayette, Fayette, or Fayetteville: There is also Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania, and a Lafayette College in Easton, PA.
