The Seattle era of JKD is usually referred to as the Jun Fan Gung Fu era. The Jun Fan Gung Fu Institute, which was Lee's first official Martial Arts school in the US, still has a dedicated group of students to this day. It is run by Lee's most senior student, Taky Kimura.
