Joseph Kony

Joseph Kony is a Ugandan terrorist who is the primary leader of the Lord's Resistance Army. The LRA is a group that uses violence, kidnappings and terrorism in its quest to establish a theocratic government in Uganda based on the Bible and the Ten Commandments. The whereabouts of Mr. Kony are unknown.
