Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique
The
Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique is the research-oriented branch of the
Université du Québec. The INRS conducts research in four broad sectors:
- water, earth and environment
- energy, materials and communications
- human, animal and environmental health
- urbanization, culture and society
The INRS has facilities in
Quebec City,
Montreal,
Laval, and Varennes.
