Hoplophobia

Hoplophobia (pronounced HOP-li-fobia) is an irrational and morbid fear of guns, a term coined by Jeff Cooper, from the Greek hoplites, or weapon. Symptoms may include discomfort, disorientation, rapid pulse, sweating, faintness and more, at the mere sight or even thought of guns.

A hoplophobe is a person who exhibits hoplophobia.
