Hans Talhoffer

Hans Talhoffer was a master of the sword who lived in Germany in the middle of the 15th century. He wrote several fechtbuchs which were illustrated treatises describing methods of fighting with various weapons, including unarmed, dagger, sword, pole weapons and mounted combat.
