Green Goblin III

The Green Goblin is a fictional villain in the Spiderman comicbook. The third character to don the persona of the Green Goblin was Dr. Barton "Bart" Hamilton, the psychiatrist of Harry Osborne (son of the original Green Goblin). Dr. Hamilton learned of the Green Goblin serum and paraphenelia through Harry, and took advantage of the weak psyche of Harry Osborne to learn the whereabouts of the remaining pieces of the Goblin legacy. Soon after, Hamilton donned the persona of the Green Goblin and sought to acquire the formula used by the Green Goblin, and came into conflict with Spiderman and Harry Osborne. Hamilton eventually met his demise without ever finding or recreating the Green Goblin formula.
