census of 2000, there are 301 people, 126 households, and 86 families residing in the village. The population density is 89.4/km² (231.0/mi²). There are 153 housing units at an average density of 45.4/km² (117.4/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 100.00% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 1.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 126 households out of which 34.9% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 49.2% are married couples living together, 15.1% have a female householder with no husband present, and 31.0% are non-families. 28.6% of all households are made up of individuals and 18.3% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
