Gayasan
Gayasan (
가야산 (
伽倻山; "Gaya Mountain") in
Korean) is a mountain in
South Gyeongsang Province,
South Korea. The mountain is part of
Gayasan National Park (
Gayasan Gungnip Gongweon; 가야산 국립 공원; 伽倻山國立公園), and is home to
Haeinsa, a
Buddhist temple which houses the
Tripitaka Koreana, the Buddhist scriptures carved onto roughly 80,000 wooden printing blocks.
