Friedrich Hund

Friedrich Hund (February 4, 1896 - March 31, 1997) was a German physicist best known for his work on the structure of atoms and molecules.

Hund taught and did research at German universities (Rostock, Leipzig, Jena, Frankfurt am Main, and Göttingen) exclusively.
