Foscott, Buckinghamshire

Foscott (also called Foxcote) was a village in Buckinghamshire, England, though it was demolished in the Twentieth century to make way for a reservoir. It was located just to the north of Maids Moreton.

The village name was Anglo Saxon in origin, meaning 'Fox cottage'.

The reservoir that Foscott was cleared for is called the Foxcote Reservoir.
