Eurico Gaspar Dutra

Eurico Gaspar Dutra (1883-1974) was a Brazilian general and politician and president of Brazil from 1946-1951

Gaspar Dutra was one of the generals in charge of the Brazilians soldiers that entered World War II, and then, he succeeded Getulio Vargas in the presidency of Brazil.

He left it in 1951 and until then, he didn't presented for a re-election, in the later years of Brazil, he was considerated as a presidential candidate.

Gaspar Dutra died in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil's former capital
