Esther Township is a township located in Polk County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 158.

Geography

United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 50.2 km² (19.4 mi²). 49.6 km² (19.1 mi²) of it is land and 0.6 km² (0.2 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.24% water.

Demographics

census of 2000, there are 158 people, 59 households, and 45 families residing in the township. The population density is 3.2/km² (8.3/mi²). There are 63 housing units at an average density of 1.3/km² (3.3/mi²). The racial makeup of the township is 99.37% White, 0.63% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
