Embarazado

A person who is embarazado is an English speaker who has embarrassed himself or herself by failing to correctly use a foreign language. The term comes from the way that an English speaker might try to say that they're embarrassed in Spanish: "Soy embarazado" (which actually means "I am pregnant"). Interestingly, the word embarazo means both "pregnancy" and "embarrassment" in Spanish, although the latter is largely a literary use.

Another example is the name of Der Wienerschnitzel (an American restaurant chain specializing in hot dogs, which in 1977 changed its name to simply Wienerschnitzel). The correct article would be das, while Wienerschnitzel actually means a breaded veal cutlet.
