Eitumatupua

In Polynesian mythology (specifically: Tonga), Eitumatupua is a sky god who once climbed down to Earth on a tree and fathered Ahoeitu by Ilaheva. Eitumatupua returned to the sky, only to be joined by Ahoeitu when he became an adult. Eitumatupua's other sons killed Ahoeitu out of jealousy, and ate his body. He forced them to regurgitate it and then recreated Ahoeitu, making him King of Tonga.
