Eddie George

Eddie George is an American football player, born September 24, 1973 in Philadelphia.

George starred at Ohio State University and won the Heisman Trophy as the nation's top college football player in 1995. Following the season, he was chosen as the first-round draft selection of the Houston Oilers, now known as the Tennessee Titans.

George won several NFL rookie of the year awards as a first-year pro in 1996, and has been the Oilers/Titans' starting tailback when healthy for his entire career.
