Eaton is a town located in Carroll County, New Hampshire. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 375.

United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 66.3 km² (25.6 mi²). 63.2 km² (24.4 mi²) of it is land and 3.1 km² (1.2 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 4.61% water.

census of 2000, there are 375 people, 157 households, and 111 families residing in the town. The population density is 5.9/km² (15.4/mi²). There are 239 housing units at an average density of 3.8/km² (9.8/mi²). The average household size is 2.38 and the average family size is 2.85.
