Downley

Downley is a hamlet in the parish of West Wycombe, in Buckinghamshire, England. It is located high in the Chiltern Hills, overlooking the town of High Wycombe. Today it is almost indistinguishable from the urban sprawl of the latter town.

The place name is Anglo Saxon in origin and means 'field on the hill'.
