Cleopatra VI of Egypt

Cleopatra VI Tryphaena was the daughter of Ptolemy XII Neos Dionysus

When her father fled to Rome to avoid an uprise in Alexandria against him, her sister Berenice took control. Cleopatra VI then died in 57 BC of unknown reasons, although it is believed Berenice poisoned her.

When her father later returned he had Berenice and her husband beheaded. After his death, his daughter Cleopatra VII Philopator becomes queen, along with her 10 year old husband/brother Ptolemy XIII.
