Claydol

Claydol is a mysterious clay doll with many red eyes that are looking at you. It moves by levitating. Only available in Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire, it can be evolved from a Baltoy at level 36 or caught at the Sky Pillar. It is a Ground/Psychic type that shoots beams from its hands. It can use Psychic attacks like Reflect or Light Screen and Ground moves like Earthquake.

In the game, Steven, the champion, uses a level 55 Claydol. But it is usually quite easy to beat and considered funny looking.
